We give you two distinct options when signing up to Web Survey Creator - using a
Free Account, or signing up for a Paid Account.
The free account can be used indefinitely, but is limited to 100 respondents per survey and 100 responses a month.
You also cannot purchase any additional responses and do not get access to some
of the more advanced features such as Choice Linking.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. Upgrades take
effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I change my Plan?
Each monthly plan comes with a pre-set limit of responses per month (Enterprise Department
& Market Research Ultimate Agency have unlimited responses). If you do not use all of your
responses in a particular month, the unused responses roll forward indefinitely.
Responses that are rolled forward are available until used in a future period. They
are only lost if you cancel or downgrade to a Free account. Unused responses do not roll forward and accumulate on any Free plan.
On rollover to a new month your new allocation of responses will be first applied
against any response that was accepted when you had no responses available. That
is, if someone entered a response when your limit was reached those responses are
still accepted but you will not be able to access them. When you next purchase additional
responses or are allocated additional responses this new limit will be used to allow
you to access these responses.
No. Web Survey Creator is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts
or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll
be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
Many people use Web Survey Creator as individuals but we also have multi user versions
(Enterprise Department and MR Agency versions) that allow multiple people from the same
department or company to work together. Send us a

Currently we accept Visa & Mastercard. We do not accept PayPal. Our usual method
of payment is online via credit card, however, we are happy to discuss alternative payment
arrangements for Enteprise Department and MR Agency subscribers.
